As a part of the diamond club membership we receive a complementary home inspection each year. Wayne was very courteous and a nice man. He arrived in a timely fashion and answered all the questions I had about my plumbing. Good service!

The Gentlemen Plumbers are the best Calgary plumbing company out there. Our septic field was bubbling up and saturated. We thought we were going to have to replace it for $20,000.00 plus! We had gotten other quotes but we didn't feel comfortable with the companies. A friend recommended your plumbing company so we gave them a call. A technician came out and instead of giving us a quote on the new field he did some investigation into why it was saturated. He found our water softener was stuck on and letting approximately 300 gallons a day into our septic field. Instead of replacing our field we replaced our water softener for a fraction of the cost of a new field. If we had gone with one of the other quotes we would have spent $20,000 that we didn't need to and eventually have the same problem again. Thank you!.

Your plumbing company was fast when getting a tech out to deal my with leaking pipe underneath the kitchen sink. Jessie the technician was very professional and made it a very pleasant experience. I would definitely use you again!

John and Geoff did a really good job. I don't think there is a better standard in the industry for care, efficiency or price point. All the pricing is common sense and based on prioritizing. From a professional standpoint everything was very well done. Customer care and service were very good. The technicians were also very well mannered.

Lee and Dale were really nice guys and very professional. They had to go get toilets and they brought back exactly what i wanted. The guys did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. Their plumbing service was very professional. The one thing about this experience i really appreciated was the free home inspection after the service. The free home inspection is an impressive and informative service. I will definitely be using their plumbers again.

I was so impressed with the two guys that came out. They were even an hour early. I believe their names were Lee & Fergil (spelling?) Two of the nicest guys and they showed me on the camera where the tree roots were blocking the sewer. Roots were augered out as much as they could be. A couple of pipes are collapsing and they gave me info on either using acid to destroy the roots, since they'll keep growing or having to replace the system. I was really pleased with their service, the politeness of these two men and will likely be using them to replace my hot water tank in a couple of months.

I had a plumber come to replace my supplied bathtub drain and stabilize my new wobbly toilet. David was my technician and he was very helpful. He cleaned up after himself and was unbelievably courteous! He explained everything to me and repaired everything in a timely manner. He was excellent and was even great with my little dogs. I will be using your plumber again.

Jeff and partner did a clean and very effective job freeing our sewer line of tree roots. They were very helpful and explained all the prices and options before they began. They also described ways to avoid problems in the future. They were very friendly and personable.

Called in the service to look at a double leak under kitchen sink. The guys that came with excellent, Jeff and Neal. They gave us an estimate of the cost for the repairs and were very informative that what the repair intailed. Repairs were done quickly and timely. The guys offered us a service program and a cleaning aid for drains. No pressure from them, gave us the option to contact the office if we wanted the extras. They did a complimentary home inspection after all the work was done. Both guys were friendley and very professional. Would definetely use again.

The kitchen drain was leaking below the sub-floor level. This was repaired and a new drain pipe and fittings were put in. the workmanship has been very good. the plumber was very friendly and professional and was easy to work with. The help was timely.

Tree roots in the drain causing backup into my bathtub. I have used these plumbers in the past. These fellows are professional, personable, friendly and very accommodating. After having called Action Auger a couple of times for plumbing work in the past, and having consistently met with competent and pleasant technicians, I had no reservations about having Kale and Jeff install a new furnace. They were particularly hard-working, courteous, and professional, in addition to the fact that they were not only helpful but even took care not to let the dog out of the yard.

You're very lucky to have a guy like Mike on your team. Polite, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful. I'll ask for him again in the spring for some outside plumbing needs, and hopefully much later for a new water tank. The free home inspection was a great surprise. Thanks Mike!

We have used Action Auger a few times in the last 2 years. Yes they have made us smile! We have been impressed with all the techs that have come. We are out of town at Mossleigh and know there is a fee to travel. We like the flat rate for dispatch and travel instead of by the km which has cost us in the past which has been double or more. We have called and had someone come the same day for pressure switch and again for our boiler. When they had to come the second time to do the flush on our boiler the dispatch fee was waived. The techs we have had were Geoff, Lee, Kale and Wayne. It is nice that when you call you speak to a real person and not have to do the 20 questions and transfers and hold for 20 minutes first. All of them were professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use The Gentlemen Plumbers again and recommend them to friends and family especially those that are out of town. This is a company that understands what customer service means!

Great service, incredibly reasonable rates. They came when they said they would, and the original quote never changed, like they sometimes do. Best warranty!! Always pleasant and professional. During the 2013 floods of Calgary, their team worked around the clock to help families get back in to their homes as quickly as possible! They volunteered their time, equipment and expertise in plumbing services. They personally lent me industrial fans at no cost to dry out a friends basement. This is a company that is managed by kind hearted people that care about the Calgary community. Furthermore, they are an extremely well managed company!

Living in the country we are subject to many water system challenges, rust, calcium, smelly water etc. After learning about Action Augers expertise we had them assess our water system and install all necessary equipment. Their service men were very helpful and patient, explaining everything to us that was being done showing respect for both us and our property. (They wore booties while in my home) Upon completion of our project our water system was perfect for washing clothes, watering the garden and above all drinking. Great company with super polite service men. Kale was uber helpful and went over and above to show us where our main water valve shut off was, how to drain our hose system for the winter and also did the job we wanted him to do. We were very happy with the work he did.
